MealTime Information

Mealtime Access

The MealTime Online website is located at www.mymealtime.com (see the above link). Please enter your student’s 6 digit district id number to set up an account. This id number is used initially, at which time you will be prompted to assign a secure password for future access. The 6 digit district id number can be obtained from the food service office or from the school office.

High School Parents…we would like to especially ask for your assistance in setting up an account to be used by your high school student for the purchase of food items. Meal payments made using an account to purchase lunch, rather than cash, saves 20-30 seconds per student customer. It currently takes an average of 31 seconds per student to order, pay, prepare and obtain their food. Our goal is to reduce this wait to 20 seconds (or less) by increasing account transactions, which eliminate cash handling and making change. Reducing the wait time in line is extremely important and we are working to improve in this area.

For your protection, MealTime Online uses the most current security components available in the banking industry. All data transmitted is encrypted and authenticated every time you use the website. Your credit card information is used only to process your deposit and is never stored on any website computer. For each deposit, you will receive an on screen receipt to print and an email to verify the deposit. Currently, only Visa or MasterCard credit cards are accepted. The minimum deposit is $25.00. It takes 24-48 hours to update account information and for your deposit to be posted.

You can also set up a lunch account through MealTime Online if you would like to track meal purchases on a daily basis and view lunch activity. You do not need to use the credit card deposit feature to set up an account.
You can also check your students account balance through the Schoolmaster PASS system.

1. Go to the Attendance and Grades Link at the top of the WHS school website to access the Schoolmaster PASS system.

2. Enter your students 6 digit district id number and a 3 digit pin number (obtained from the school office.)

3. Click on “lunch account balance.”

We hope that you will continue to support the school districts food service program, and that you are pleased with the quality, healthfulness and continued upgrades to the services we are offering each day to your student. If you have any questions or need assistance setting up an account, please do not hesitate to contact the central food service office at 503-673-7992.
